Materials on the Table

Studio notes

The worktable is currently filled with unfinished surfaces, paper studies, graphite sketches, and small print experiments.

Rather than beginning with a fixed composition, I have been allowing materials to interact more freely. Some combinations fail immediately, while others reveal unexpected textures that become the starting point for larger works.

These studies are rarely displayed, but they remain among the most valuable parts of the creative process because they document exploration before certainty.
